Bonnie Lass celebrates her 70th year!

After a super busy summer in 2019, the Bonnie Lass Charters team continue to remain occupied behind the scenes! Our three boats are tucked up in Marina Tramuntana, safe from the wild winter storms that have been ravaging the island recently.

Bonnie Lass is getting a good dose of tender loving care, well deserved for this beautiful old lady who celebrated her 70th birthday this year! The team have been busy with a complete repaint, including five coats of varnish on the interior joinery. With a new lighting plan throughout the interior scheduled for the new year she will be looking better than ever for the coming season!

Aboard Heather Grace, the boys have been busy with the woodworking tools, keeping the “baby” of our fleet in peak condition. She is also booked in for a haul-out at the tiny little boatyard in Port Sóller for a complete exterior paint job.

We have taken the decision to sell Cachalote (for any interested parties, link here ) and are in the process of purchasing a gorgeous classic sailing boat to compliment our 2020 fleet. Cachalote has been such fun and we will be sorry to see her go, but we are also incredibly excited to share the news of our stunning new classic boat.

MallorquianWe have lots of other exciting developments in store for the summer of 2020, including the launch of our new website and a new catering plan (visit our new website for full details on how you can pre-order your yummy grazing box – perfect to sate your appetite after all that snorkelling and swimming in the deep blue Meditteranean sea!).

Last, but never least, ship’s dog has requested a mini-break, so we will be taking a few days off to drive her up to the Sierra Nevada for a quick run in the snow!

We wish all a joyous festive season and may 2020 bring you joy and prosperity.

Best wishes from the Bonnie Lass Charters team
